terms of service !
♡ i have the right to decline/cancel your commission if i do not/no longer feel comfortable continuing it.
♡ i will provide constant updates with the process of your commission. (see here for my process stages)
♡ if you do not tell me to add or change anything throughout the process of the piece, i will not add or change anything when it's done.
♡ there will be a small water mark you may not remove on the finished piece.
♡ when posting the piece, please credit and @ me directly in the original post.
♡ commissioned piece is only for personal uses, not to be used commercially or distributed for money without permission; if you wish to use the commission for commercial use, you will be charged, see here.
♡ i have the right to post and/or use the piece for an online portfolio
♡ you agree to no chargebacks, however if you need your money back, i do have a refund option.
♡ you may not repurpose the art without running it by me beforehand
adoptables & character design terms of service !
ADOPTABLE SPECIFIC♡ if you wish to make changes to the design, let me know before paying because this will alter the price. any change made after, by someone else, is okay, as long as the original design stays intact. (ie: new outfit, hairstyle etc.)
♡ if I determine the changes you'd like to make to the design stray too much away from the character's original design, I will decline. (In these cases, I will offer to create you your own original design, in the same style for the same price which may vary depending on the detail.)
♡ when you purchase a design, you will receive a fullbody transparent and a reference with the color pallet of that design.adoptables and character designs♡ commercial use is included, however you are still obligated to credit me for the design.
♡ you may not resell the design
♡ use of any design I have made in a defamatory, hateful, or otherwise offensive manner will get you blacklisted, and you will no longer be able to have any transactions with me.
♡ when buying a design, you will also get an icon in my simple style for $10, as well as a 5% discount on any other commission that contains said design!

general info !
time of completion !
♡ time of completion will range from 1-3 weeks♡ in the case that i cannot finish your commission in the given amount of time, i will either ask for an extension or refund you entirely depending on my situation. ♡ time of completion will also be effected by how soon you get back to me regarding check ins. (ie: if i send you the sketch i will not continue working until i get the "okay" from you.♡ if you need the piece in a limited amount of time, i will charge you a priority fee. (see here)♡ any small details on a design will be added during either the rendering or during the flat color stage. (ie; clothing pattern or design, skin details like scars, freckles, etc.)

100% of the commission will be refunded if I have not started95-90% will be refunded if i have already completed the sketching stage and sent you the update.80-75% will be refunded if i have completed the lineart stage and sent you the update.70-50% will be refunded if i have finished the flat colors and sent you the update.if i have finished the commission fully and sent you the finished product i will not give you a refund.
